Terms & Conditions

By booking a room at the retreat, you agree to these terms and conditions:

Registration & Payment

  • A non-refundable $200 deposit is required to reserve your spot.
  • Your spot is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
  • 90 days prior to retreat start date: 50% of total balance due
  • 60 days prior to retreat start date: 75% of total balance due
  • January 5, 2026: Final balance due in full
  • Prices include only what is outlined in the retreat package description.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations more than 90 days prior: Any payments made (minus the $200 deposit) will be refunded.
  • Cancellations between 60–90 days prior: 50% of your total retreat cost will be refunded.
  • Cancellations between 30–59 days prior: 25% of your total retreat cost will be refunded.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of retreat: No refunds will be issued, as all lodging, park tickets, and supplies will already be reserved and paid for.
  • Transfers: If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to a friend (subject to host approval) up until 2 weeks prior to retreat

Travel & Accommodation

  • Participants are responsible for their own travel to and from the retreat.
  • Accommodation details are outlined in the retreat package. Special requests will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed

Health & Safety

    • You agree to participate at your own risk.
    • Please inform us in advance of any dietary restrictions, allergies, or accessibility needs. We will do our best to accommodate.
    • The retreat is a quiet, respectful space. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal without refund.

Liability

    • The retreat organizers are not responsible for personal injury, illness, lost or stolen items, or travel disruptions.
    • You are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance for your trip.

Itinerary Changes

  • The retreat organizers reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, activities, or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control.
  • Participants will be notified of any significant changes to the retreat schedule as soon as possible.

Photography & Media

  • Photos may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photos, please let us know in writing prior to the event.

Privacy Policy

  • Participant information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of organizing and administering the retreat.
  • We are committed to protecting the privacy of our participants and will not disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. 

The retreat organizers reserve the right to update these terms & conditions at any time. The terms applicable to your room purchase are those in effect at the time of purchase.
